My order hasn't arrived?
Sorry to hear that, please email us at customerservice@monmichelle.com or use the 'Contact Us' form. Please include your full name and/or order number when e-mailing so we can easily locate and track your shipment.  Please be aware that this will need to be done up to 28 days after shipping has taken place, if we receive your request after this time we apologise for any inconvenience, however we will not be able to issue a refund due to being outside of our date restrictions.

Can I cancel my order?
Providing your order has not already been dispatched, it may be possible to cancel your order prior to it being shipped. Please email us at mon_michelle@yahoo.com with 'CANCEL' in the Subject Line.
How long do I have to return items?
We would really appreciate if you’d send them back as quickly as possible but you do have up to 7 days from the delivery date to return unsuitable items,  if it’s past the deadline we can’t offer a refund and we hate to disappoint! Please return everything in the original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached.   Items such as underwear/ swimwear, jewellery are not returnable for hygiene reasons.​​​​​​​
